Robotics club is an innovative educational program that has been undertaken by the students at the Center for Engineering (CFE) at Highland Springs High School (HSHS) This school is referred to as a “Center for Excellence” in Henrico County Public Schools and the curriculum is focused on preparing high school students for the rigors of college engineering studies. Students must apply and compete with their peers from all over Henrico County to attend this center.

As part of our education in engineering, we have been involved in the FIRST Robotics Competition. The FIRST Robotics Competition puts professionals and young people together to solve engineering design problems. The program is a career-molding experience as well as a lot of fun!
